About this Course

Only register 1 child between ages 8-12 for the program, as it is a Family Program, siblings are able to participate and receive their own program kit. Please note the program runs Tuesday (parents/caregivers only) and Thursday (parents/caregivers and children) evenings 6:30-7:30pm. Generation Health Community is a FREE program for families with children ages 8-12 years old offered in communities across B.C. The program supports participants to make family changes to health behaviours such as: Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Wellness, Screen Time, and Sleep. It is for families to complete together, at least one parent or caregiver must attend the sessions with the child (it does not need to be the same parent or caregiver each week). Those who complete the program get $150 CAN credit for future CAN programs.
