About this Course

Drop that beat! The Music program, in partnership with Sarah McLachlan School of Music, provides an introductory opportunity to play basic percussion instruments in a group format. Participants will enjoy music games and drills that work on a variety of rhythms. Lessons are taught by Sarah McLachlan School of Music instructors and supported by CAN staff and volunteers. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: • Participants must have a CAN account and an autism diagnosis. • Participants must be of the correct age when the program starts. REGISTRATION INFO: • Registration is first-come, first-served. Open while availability lasts. • Waitlist option will appear once the session is full.
